This is a replica of OEM# 62538-82 factory oil filter bracket that bolts to the rear of the 4 speed transmission mounting plate. Will work on all 1965-1984 Harley-Davidson swingarm frames. You must use a universal or 1977-85 style transmission plate that does not have the transmission adjuster tab at the rear. Made in Ohio, USA.
