Each HEL brake line kit arrives complete with every essential component, resulting in a smooth and straightforward installation.

If your application varies from the OEM specifications and needs adjustments to accommodate aftermarket or upgraded brake calipers, simply tell us which calipers you’re installing, and we’ll take care of the rest. During the assembly process, as the hose fitting and ferrule are swaged onto the hose, the PTFE inner core is pushed into three internal grooves. These grooves are dual-purpose: they forminternal sealing o-ringsand they enable the free and secure rotation of the fittings post-hydraulic swaging. This innovative design not only maintains the integrity of the hose but also guarantees that the fittings remain securely in place. In bespoke applications, this promotes the ability to cleverly rotate the fittings whilst in position to finesse the fitment. The hose ferrule features an internally locatedlocking groove, which securely aligns with a channel on the hose fitting. Once swaged together, this mechanism ensures that the hose fitting willneverdetach from the hose.
