- Durable Construction: The body is made from investment-cast aluminum and features a durable black electroplate finish. A raw polished version is also available.
- Standard Filter Compatible: The threaded filter bung fits common standard replacement filters from brands like Fram and S&S. The unit accepts the included 1/8″ NPT x 3/8″ hose barbs for your oil lines.

– Cycle Standard brand oil filters do not fully seal when installed on a Filtromax, and thus an alternate brand filter should be used. The lip of the Cycle Standard oil filters, where they are assembled, is slightly too deep for the Fitromax.
