These are reproduction stock axle plates for rigid frames as found on Harley-Davidson Big Twin motorcycles from 1938 through 1957. Included is a left and right axle plate, investment cast steel, machined and ready to go for a custom frame build or frame restoration or repair. Axle plates are bare steel and oiled. Being reproduction axle plates, they work perfectly with stock axles, wheel spacers, and adjusters. While perfect for a custom Shovelhead hardtail, for instance, these axle plates are as found on Knucklehead EL / FL, Panhead FL / FLH, and Flathead UL / ULH models.
