State of the art technology meets Le Beef’s inimitable style. The CE-540-CP offers a custom polished variation of our traditional end bell regulators. The smooth contoured fins pair particularly well with Knuckleheads, Panheads, and various custom bikes with its polished raw aluminum finish.
This is designed to fit on the end of your 12 volt 65a generator, keeping a tidy appearance with exceptional function. Adding this to your existing generator will make it perform like a DGV-5000 as long as it is not a weak generator. The current limiting circuit senses armature temperature and limits the current in an inverse proportion. Temperature goes up, amps go down. This gives you more amps after a cold start to recharge your battery faster (5 minutes instead of 20). Yet protect against over heating (armature burn out).
